Food Friday: Fudge

Today I share with you the easiest recipe ever. It is almost summertime and most people want to spend their time in the beautiful weather, not slaving over a hot oven. So if you need a delicious desert in a hurry with ingredients you probably already have, try this recipe.
You will need:
  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  1. Place chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in large microwaveable bowl. Cook in microwave on medium until chips are melted, about 3-5 minutes, stirring once or twice during cooking. Stir in nuts, if desired. We don't put nuts in anything (per Tyler's request) so we skipped this.
  2. Pour into well-greased 8x8-inch foil tin. Refrigerate until set.
Now the reason we use a tin is because you can cut the fudge out of it or *lightly* spray the foil tin and tip the fudge out. I found it to be easier.

It has been a long and trying week so I am leaving it at that. I will explain why later : )
