Food Friday - Crescent Roll Pizza

Yet another recipe for yet another Friday. Did I mention "THANK THE LORD IT'S FRIDAYYY"!? No? Ok. Well, TGIF!

This recipe isn't really a recipe. It was a mistake. I bought garlic butter crescents and wanted plain ones. So I had to find something to do with these rolls. So I got creative.

You will need:

1 package of Garlic Butter Crescent Rolls
1 jar of pizza sauce
1 package of mini pepperoni
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
Non-stick spray

Pre-heat your oven according to crescent roll rules (375*).

Spray a muffin tin with the non-stick spray, unroll the crescent rolls, and set each in a muffin tin spot. Using a teaspoon, scoop 1-2 teaspoons of sauce on each. Top with cheese and follow with pepperoni.

Fold sides over and sprinkle a little spare cheese on top.

Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven, and ENJOY!

I imagine baby K will have these at some point since they took all of 20 minutes to make and it was easy.

Happy weekend, all!!
