Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken

This is the most SIMPLE and beautiful meal that you can make. Not to mention it is DEEE-LICIOUS.

I threw this together, let it cook on high for 4 hours, and served over brown rice. So good and the leftovers are equally as tasty. You will need:

3lbs raw chicken breasts (I used frozen chicken breast tenders (and thawed them) so they'd cook faster)
1 can pineapple chunks/pieces in 100% juice. Keep the juice from the can.
3 cups baby carrots
a bunch of fresh broccoli cut into pieces
1 large onion chopped into 1/2" pieces
1/4 c teriyaki marinade of choice
Brown Rice cooked according to directions on package

You can also add peppers and whatever else you'd like. ALSO, this is a great freezer meal. Meaning you can throw ALL the ingredients in a gallon-sized bag and freeze it until you're ready to cook it!!

Throw all ingredients (with juice from pineapple) into the crockpot and turn the temp to high for four hours until the chicken is cooked through. Serve over freshly cooked brown rice.
